Ed Hillebrand,has over 30 years of real estate experience helping people buy and sell real estate in Northern Virginia and Maryland.  He holds the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) – which is only achieved by 2% of all National Association of REALTOR members.  Ed is also a GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute) – achieved by only 9% of all National Association of REALTORS members, and an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) –  a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.  Real estate is Ed’s sole profession and he takes his business very seriously, dealing with only qualified buyers and ready sellers – getting it right the first time, no excuses, with a sense of humor that makes every transaction a rewarding experience for all parties involved.  Ed is an excellent negotiator and will work diligently to get the best deal for his clients.  Ed’s goal is to listen, communicate, understand and respond to your needs.  He offers a total commitment to his clients, and he never gives up until he gets the results you deserve.  He strives to deliver excellent service and he works closely with his clients to ensure he is meeting and exceeding their expectations.
